Katie and Brendan’s wedding at The Bell Tower on 34th this past December was absolutely exquisite! With the vision for a Cali meets Texas celebration, it was no surprise when Katie and Brendan chose The Bell Tower on 34th for their wedding reception to celebrate with their closest friends and family. Due to the Bride being from California, the couple focused their design details to bring wine country to the heart of Texas. They chose a color palette that highlighted the mood of the winter season. Ivory, grey, neutral blush tones, and greenery, with accents of silver throughout the design brought the vision to life.

The Contessa ballroom and courtyard at The Bell Tower on 34th with its creeping fig covered walls, aged wooden doors, brick arched ceilings, and courtyard, instantly felt like California wine country. We came alongside the couple as they planned the details, and helped achieve the overall aesthetic that Katie and Brendan desired. It was natural without feeling rustic, and elegant without feeling opulent, for a relaxed elegant design. Because of this, the end result was nothing short of magical! Cotton Weddings was there to capture all the beautiful moments.

While guests sipped “His” and “Hers” drinks, a Cigar and Whiskey Bar set up completed the cocktail hour decor. In addition, guests were greeted to listen to live acoustics while enjoying the crisp December air.

For favors, it was very important to Katie and Brendan to give their guest something that symbolized their union. Something that was both California and Texas. Their olive oil favors not only accomplished that, but also reflected the bride’s Greek heritage.

As guests entered the reception room, they were greeted by warm candlelight, crystal glassware, and a room filled with beautiful blooms by Maxit Flower Design. 

The cake was placed on the Bride’s mothers 25th anniversary silver platter tray, which complimented the already beautiful details on the wedding day.

Katie and Brendan’s had the sweetest bubble grand exit complete with a vintage Rolls Royce which transported them from The Bell Tower on 34th.
