We are SO excited to share our Botanical Bridal Inspiration with you that was recently featured on Inspired By This Blog! We had so much fun alongside our friends Paige from Awake Photography, and Kristen from Petal Society. It was so wonderful to just create alongside these two for this special shoot!

A little bit behind the inspiration:

When dreaming up this bridal inspiration shoot, we wanted to make a statement with large, colorful seasonal blooms. We livened these blooms even more with a wall installation of lush green botanicals that served as a backdrop for the bride to sit in front of. The scenery came to life against the white backdrop of the venue space.

The colors of late Spring inspired the designs bold color palette as Petal Society took full advantage of peony season with coral charms, magenta tree peonies, and white festiva maxima peonies. Also used were spirea, lavender clematis, blue nigella, and gold ranunculus which rounded out the colors.

The bride was adorned in an exquisite Calla Blanche gown with a soft and romantic illusion neckline. The bodice was embellished with heavy beadwork and embroidery, which paired beautifully with the long sweeping silk chiffon train. This airy and dreamy dress provided to be a stunning canvas for the beautiful and lush blooms.

To make an even bigger color statement, we arranged a table setting adorned with a beautiful gold patterned linen, and rimmed plates, along with a bold floral centerpiece up against a royal blue background to enhance the colors of this design.

Our hopes is to encourage brides to be bold. To find inspiration, and appreciation for color. Because we LOVE it!
